The Etac Rufus Plus Bath Board has four adjustment pillars so that this mobility aid can fit a wide selection of different baths. The four pillars have grooves in them which allow for a tighter grip against the sides of the bath and added stability for you.

The adjustment pillars come with non-slip rubber pads, making it sturdy, robust and also gives some protection to the surface of the bath, reducing the risk of it getting damaged.

What is VAT relief and what makes me eligible to claim it?

We offer FREE delivery on all standard orders over £40 to mainland UK. We can deliver to non-mainland UK (and remote Scottish) locations, however there may be an additional delivery cost to these destinations and for special orders. Please contact us for details or look at our delivery page here.

On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.

If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.

Please note that you will be responsible for both arranging the return and for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
