The Signature Low Footboard has an extensive height range. It can be raised up to a carer’s waist level to facilitate nursing on the bed and can also be lowered close to the floor to ease getting in and out of bed.
The mattress platform on the bed is fully profiling. The backrest can be raised to a near upright position for sitting up in bed. The elevating knee-break and footrest provide postural support and improve circulation.
Users can benefit from more room in bed with a choice of wider width options. Single (90cm/3ft), Wide Single (105cm/3ft6in) and Small Double (120cm/4ft).
The low footboard means there is unrestricted access to the foot-end of the bed. This is useful for lower body care and also means the user has a clear sight line out of the bed, ideal for watching TV or looking out of the window.
The Signature Low Footboard is controlled through an ergonomically-designed handset with rounded edges and soft-touch buttons. The handset has a locking feature that allows the operator to deactivate all or certain functions to ensure user safety.
Order the Opera Signature Low Footboard in either Oak or Walnut from stock to match with bedroom décor. The bed can also be specified in 200+ bespoke wood colours for custom orders or fit-out projects.

On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
Please note that you will be responsible for both arranging the return and for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
