Always direct the EASYPIX SteriLight UVC Sterilization Device downwards for your own and other peoples safety as the light is harmful to eyes and skin. Should the lamp be angled upwards it will switch off automatically as there is a gravity sensor installed in the device which acts as a safety measure. When the EASYPIX SteriLight UVC Sterilization Device is moved into the correct position, ie pointing downwards, the light comes on again.

On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.
