The phone has an audio facility with talking numbers to confirm the correct digits have been dialled, which is reassuring if you want to make sure you haven't made a mistake. There is also a 32 name and number directory so you have an easy-to-access record of all your important contacts, such as family members, friends, business, emergency, etc. The Amplicomms BigTel 50 Alarm Plus has a waterproof alarm transmitter and there are 3 accessible emergency numbers.

On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
