On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.

Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
