This mobility aid is designed to keep you safe and independent in your home and offer peace of mind to your family, loved ones, or carers. It offers a practical solution that allows you to alert those you live with when you need assistance, no matter where you are in your home.
The two pendants cover a generous 60 metre (197 feet) range, allowing them to be used anywhere in the home. The large, easy-to-press call button will activate the main alarm unit with a distinct alarm tone for each pendant, so that the carer knows who is calling.
The receiver has a quick reset button to cancel the alarm and a choice of 3 volume levels. It can be battery, or mains operated, allowing you to place it in any location to suit the requirements of your home, and it features a low-battery indicator warning.
It's the ideal mobility aid for anyone living with limited mobility, or long-term health conditions that make moving around the home tricky, or put you at increased risk of falls. It's also great for people recovering from injury, illness, or surgery, allowing you to quickly alert your caregivers when you need their help.

We offer FREE delivery on all standard orders over £40 to mainland UK. We can deliver to non-mainland UK (and remote Scottish) locations, however there may be an additional delivery cost to these destinations and for special orders. Please contact us for details or look at our delivery page here.
On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you paid for express delivery on your original order, this cost will not be refunded.
If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to this address and subsequently not received, a refund will not be provided.
Please note that you will be responsible for both arranging the return and for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
